Post-treatment recommendations

Do not handle the outbreaks or comedones by yourself.
Do not perform intense exercise, attend wet areas, saunas, Turkish baths or swimming pools within 72 hours.
Maintain a balanced diet avoiding the consumption of irritating foods (fried foods, sauces, chocolate, dairy products, etc.).
Avoid alcohol intake.
Sleep at least 7 hours a day in order to promote detoxification.
Do not expose yourself to the sun for a prolonged period of time.
Avoid massaging the face, touching the face or rubbing the towel with force.
If you use depigmenters, restart them in 3 days.
